i see the UNDER has been HAMMERED

opened 54 - which is what i got it at

now down to 51.5 and if it goes to 51 in the next few minutes before kickoff it won't shock me

didn't realize the line move until now

there are a few good handicappers that the oddsmakers know about, so it doesn't take much for the lines to move when there is a consensus

the UNDER was my bigger play as you will notice a * beside the play if I like it more from now on

I hope BIGONE didn't miss this one again

WINKY, I notice you like the RARE sports, is it that they make you more money??? Let me answer that question with a big YES!!!

DARN IT!!!

Johnathan - I did miss it, but I am looking forward to the weekends worth of knowledge and games ahead.....

And hey - HOTlanta (Atlanta Braves) just finished their 9th inning win for me to win that play soooooo........no complaints here.

Very happy to see you winning again on your way to an easy 50 units with the CFL (I thinks you be hittin' more than 50 at the rate you are going.....nice job my friend!!!!)

in this instance - i am just listening/playing bobby bryde's picks. trust me - they aren't my own here.

as for the minor sports - i do like playing them. there is a HUGE edge to the player since the books don't put up as sharp lines because fewer people play them. so their liability of getting hurt is less.

i had my best CWS ever this past season. but there is a HUGE reason for it. i follow the sport VERY close because my alma mater is great at it - Fullerton. i take the time to attend a handful - or so - games every season. if/when the team makes the regionals/super regionals/omaha i have an ENORMOUS edge over the house who is solely going on stats and what they saw last. meanwhile - i KNOW the team better than they ever will for i followed them for an entire season. i know what makes them tick - something the books don't. the way i see it - i SHOULD be able to take the books to school because they are in the dark while i am not.

the best example was the last game of the CWS - when thy made us +180ish - despite the fact the hottest pitcher in the nation - Jason Windsor - was throwing for us. this line was one that was so far out of whack it wasn't funny. the way Windsor pitched down the stretch - i wouldn't have made him +180 against the Yankees - let alone Texass. the result was hardly shocking as Fullerton/Windsor won 3-2 and the CWS. in reality - the line for this game should have been close to -110 both wasy so getting an extra $.70 was too good to pass up.

better yet - how about Game 6 of the CWS when the books made Texass -140 over Georgia and then closed the game about -220. ever heard of an almost $1 move in MLB? me, neither. but this was a case of the books being stupid and the players being smart - because the players KNEW what they were doing in this "minor" sport and cleaned out the books with one of the worst lines in bookmaking history (which can also be said for Windsor +180).

betting the minor sports for me is so much easier which is why i do it a lot.
